Why not falling sky (BG)

He heard her name – he was waiting for reiteration;
He threw into the fire all that was not a pity.
He looked at traces of her, craved for water of her,
He walked far in the light of her star;
In his heart the snow was turning into steel.

He stood up by the river to drink silence;
To wash away from himself all, and again to stay alive.
To find her voice, to enter into twilight of her,
To become pilgrim in the long way of her;
In his fingers water was turning into smoke.

But when his day ended silently and strangely,
And his horses first became lightweight,
Then the flame of her candles, rings of her springs,
Gentle as the night, marble of her shoulders,
Silently lay down in the stone of his hand.
